        They never answer their phone, nor return calls even when a message is left. If Gant were to start answering his phone and returning calls he would get a better review and my business. Kevin is a great plumber (only reason you received 3 stars in expertise), not sure why he attaches himself with a company like this... I wouldn't use this company because you will get spotty to non existent service.
