My wife and I own A Tasty Combination, a local catering and entertainment business in the Inland Empire serving So-Cal families and businesses since 2001. We offer an array of exciting services including: ? Personal Chef ? Special Event Catering ? Themed Cooking Classes ? Entertainment I am professionally trained from Le Cordon Bleu; my wife is trained as my Sous Chef and is as well our main headlining talent. I am trained in World Cuisine, my specialty is Pacific Rim fusion, prepared with careful finesse and presentation. I am comfortable with serving large groups up to 1500. Having come from a large Pacific Islander family, I am familiar with accommodating your desire for fresh, and healthy food. I am at your service, so you are free to sit back and enjoy being a guest in your own home or event site. Our team will handle it from beginning-to-end allowing you to enjoy more family time without worrying about planning, shopping, meal preparation and looming kitchen clean-up.
