A Same Day Appliance Repair

Tried this place, they came out said they needed to get a part and charged us 69.00 for a service charge. Never heard from them again. They didn't tell the wife anything else. No "This is your problem" or anything. So, I guess we donated $70 to them? Go somewhere else for your appliance service needs. Date they stopped by for a donation 8-28-15.

I called to have our washer repaired; and asked if they could come out that day. They originally said "no...we don't have anyone available until tomorrow". I thanked them and let them know I really needed it done that same day, so I would just call a different company. They told me to "hold on a minute to check if their tech could come out". They gave a me a window of 4-6pm. I was really pleased because we had guests coming the next day and I needed my washer fixed immediately. Well, 4-6 rolls around and nobody showed. Nobody called to say they weren't coming that evening or the next morning. I called them to let them know what happened. They did apologize; and I let them know I would be taking my business elsewhere. They hung up on me. Really??? I run a business myself and make sure I set realistic expectations with the customer. Overcommitting my staff and resources sets us up for failure. If you can't do the job, just tell me. I could've called somebody else and had a fixed washer. I will definitely not recommend to anyone I know.
