I would never use this company again! Charges whatever he feels like and if you question his price he'll reduce it then do a horrible job, not communicate and leave you with a $2 plastic jar test kit and not even bother to open it. The you have to mail it to Massachussets and once they get it, it takes them another 5 days for a report. The worst part is he never explained this "kit" process ahead of time so I was just stuck. I referred this person based on my colleagues referring him to me. What a mistake! It cost me $125 of my own money to hire a company to test for radon and get report after he was done so I could close on my client's property on-time. I am ready to convince anyone to become a licensed radon mitigator to give this guy competition. He feels like he can treat anyone the way he wants because he doesnt have enough competition in this area. All I can say about him is ARROGANT! NEVER NEVER AGAIN! I would rate him -3 stars but it wont let me.
