A Plus Tree Service

Called a few places and A Plus was decently priced for removing a big limb hanging over my house fall of 2015. The owner seemed very friendly so I used them. A few weeks went by along with some excuses of why they couldn't show up but I wasn't in a hurry and I'm pretty laid back so no biggie. They showed up eventually and had to remove a neighbor's fence and my fence to get a lift to the tree. The neighbor's house had been unoccupied for over a year but coincidentally showed up that day and was not happy about A Plus driving heavy equipment over his septic field. Later that day A Plus asked for payment (and I even gave him a cash tip) and said they'd be back the next day to fix the fence and remove the big stumps and logs. They never showed up again, after multiple calls to Nick he kept promising me that I was "on the schedule" but now when I call he answers as "Paul" or just pretends not to hear me and keeps saying "hello?" until he hangs up. Very unprofessional, don't understand it.

on Oct. 1 I called a well known McHenry tree service to remove a small tree in my back yard. The owner came out and gave 2 prices; one for removal right away and 1 if I waited 3 or 4 wks. I waited 6 no date. Frustrated with this company led me to call A-Plus. Again the owner came out gave me a price equal to the lesser price of the other company, so I asked when he could do it. He said the next day, they showed up on time; finished the job and cleaned up very nicely, so and
