A Fix Today Appliance Repair

I have a home warranty with HWA , I had a problem with my washer and put in a claim on Friday 09/06 waiting until Monday 09/09 and still no call from the Fix Today around 12pm , I called and this man Mike said he would give me an appt we set up an appt for 2:00pm on 09/12. Finally 09/12 comes cant wait until my washer is fixed I get a call around 12:00pm on 09/12 and Mike called and stated he will not be able to make that 2:00pm appt that he could show up around 5-6pm ,my husband said sure but around 7pm and no call we realized that this man mike was not going to come , so we had to call HWA to reschedule with another company . Beware ! I waited too long to get my washer fixed for a no show .
