A Cut Above Lawn Service

This company rides around with a slogan that says "We show up", well they were doing some work across the street from me and I asked them if they would start cutting mine as well. After to talking to three people I found one that would give me a price, He looked and gave me a price for a one time cut and one for a cutting program. I agreed to the price and they said he would be back at 6:00 to start. They got none of my information, and "never showed up" to do the work. If they didn't want my money then I wish they would have just said so. I would not recommend. should take the slogan off unless you can back it up and be like everyone else. The shame is that it looks as though they do a pretty good job, but getting people to "show up" is three quarters of the battle. I suppose that I will now find another company that will "show up" when they say they will. The sad part is that I would much rather support the smaller companies.
