then this law firm will not represent you, nor even speak to you at that. Once the paralegal deems you a cash product or not, without hearing your story in its entirety, she will then proceed to try her hand at slap stick, at your expense. She's ot quite as funny as she thinks she is, but is rather down right cruel.

What a complete waste of time! The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and hostile, telling me that because I had not died or suffered permanent brain damage her firm had no interest in helping me. The fact that my health has been irreparably damaged, that I have been physically, emotionally and financially destroyed due to medical malpractice was clearly of no interest to her. I have already endured additional surgeries and am facing more surgery to deal with the damage. Apparently, my case does not meet their criteria for sensationalism. I am sorry I wasted my time calling this insensitive jerk!

We went through a horrible experience with the birth of our daughter and we needed someone to remedy this situation so that it did not happen to another family. Dr. Fagel and his staff have been so helpful and took care of us during some really bad times. I called this law firm after conducting research online for an attorney to represent a family member suffering from a traumatic experience after major surgery. The people that I spoke with on the phone were very courteous and considerate, they seemed genuinely concerned and caring about our situation, and took the time to listen to my explanation of the facts and circumstances regarding my family member's condition and experience. Unfortunately, their firm did not specialize in the area of malpractice that my situation required, but they were very helpful in explaining the law and directing me in how to find an appropriate attorney to handle my case. This was very different than the experience I had with most of the other law firms that I called who took very little time to listen to me or to care about my family member's experience.

This firm helped my family after my dad's death and really made a horrible situation alot better.

Very rude and cold. No compassion. Just needed to know facts asap in order to decide if you are a waste of their time. And the woman I spoke with talked to me as if I were stupid. I was on the verge of tears and she was still very smart allicky/smerky. Turns out I do have a strong case but I have decided to go with another law office because they treat me like a person...not just a pay check.
