HI my name is Tim and yes i did work for Allen roofing and repair in fact i ran this business for almost a year Allen doesn't even live in north Carolina he lives in tennessee he lies to people saying he lives in Raleigh i quit working for Allen and started my own business when i did he started spiking my ad site and call me all the time to try to bring me back to his company I refused and he hired sub crews that went around and messed up a lot of stuff and he called me up crying one day saying he was going to be sued and asked me to fix these jobs he wrote big warranty's on and allen's warranty's Arny worth the paper they are printed on well i refused to fix all these jobs for Allen and he started bad mouthing on the Internet Allen is a ripoff artist he would tell me stuff like take them for all their worth Tim he would use the wrong material on jobs because he didn't want to pay the price for the right ones one time he told his Mexican crew to put shingles on a mans house that had horizon shingles on it and they didn't match the man got mad and called the attorney General on him just call easy enough to check out Allen writes all of his reviews just the good ones look at all the bad spelling his roofing is just like his spelling terrible he doesn't pop lines he uses the cheapest material one time he told me to re-flash a chimney with the same metal i took off of it poor ladies husband just died and here we are ripping her off typical Allen i know a lot about this man and the way he does buiness read up on him i can also give you numbers to call he is rude and a shyster he wrote review 19-20- read the rest 18 down he also wrote one of them i worked hard for those reviews and can give you numbers to call to check them out thank you for reading Tim Williams

IM A HOME OWNER WHO RECENTLY HIRED THIS GUY THREW A STAR RATED COMPANY HERE IN RALEIGH HE FIXED MY CHIMNEY AN GAVE ME A 5 YR WARRANTY AFTER A YEAR IT STARTED TO LEAK WORSER THEN EVER I CONTACTED THE OWNER AN TIM SHOWED UP HE LOOKED AT THE ROOF TOLD ME IT WAS STORM DAMAGED AN TRIDE TO CHARGE ME 585 TO FIX THE PROBLEM I THEN QUESTIONED TIM AN HE EMIDATELY DROPED HIS PRICE TO 295 SAYING DANGEROUSE JOB AN INSURANCE WILL GO UP I THEN REFUSED TO PAY SENT TIM HOME GOT ANOTHER COMPANY OUT THAT SAID THE FLASHING WAS NOTT INSTALLED RIGHT AN THAT WAS THE PROBLEM I THEN CALLED THE OWNER AN HE CAME OUT LOOKED AT THE JIOB AN IMIDATELY, TORE OUT TIMS JOB AN REDID THE CHIMNEY HE TOLD ME HE HAD SEVERAL CUSTOMERS COMPLANING ABOUTT TIMS HIGH PRICES AN VERRY POOR WORK I THEN THANKED HIM WISHED HIM THE BEST AN AM GONA STAND WITH HIM AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER HOMEOWNERS TIM DONE THIS TO ,TO GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN SO PLEASE BE AWARE TIM WILLIAMS IS NOT NO PROFESIONAL

Tim was so polite I had a leak in my roof right next to my chimney he come out to my house climbed up on the roof when he came back down he told me what the problem was and he began fixing it right away and bless his heart it started raining but he did not quit. He kept on working until the job was done. He explained later that if he had left it wide open like that it would have caused a lot of damage.

We discovered that we had a roof leak a few days ago, and we needed it fixed quickly because Hurricane Irene was on the way. We had three guys come out to give estimates. Tim came in with a bid that was $500 less than another estimate. (A third estimate was reportedly coming by mail?! Dude - I have a bit of a time constraint here!!) Anyway, I called Tim around 7 pm and told him that he got the job. Said he'd be at my place at 9:30 am the next day. He was 10 min early and worked until dark to get the job done. Tim was very informative and professional about explaining the problem and what my options were. I have no reservations about recommending him to anyone who needs roof or exterior work done to their homes. Great job!!

Calling Tim Williams was a last ditch effort to get repairs on our damaged subflooring that were squeaking throughout our home and was part of a 2 year old warranty battle between the builder of our home and myself. The builder refused to do the repair because of the amount of work and difficulty of repairing it. I also called numerous flooring companies from around the Triangle and got the run around from most of them, spending months trying to get people to follow up with the appointments to come out and give us an estimate. The companies that did come out were not willing to give a warranty on their work and we would have to pay them again if their fix didnt work.



When I called Tim I explained our situation and he immediately set up an appointment to come and give us an estimate. Within a couple days Tim and his crew came out and gave us an estimate to complete the repairs and also said that they would warranty the work for 10 years. Within a week of the estimate Tim and his crew were there to start the job. The repair took 2 days, they worked until sun down each day in over 100 degree weather to get the job done correctly. 2 weeks after they completed the job our subflooring began to squeak in some areas that they hadnt worked on when they first came out. I called Tim to let him know that we were having some issues and he came out 2 days after I called him to make the repairs on a Sunday.



Tim and his crew were very respectful towards myself and my family. They took the time to explain what the problems were and what they were doing to repair them. They never complained about the amount of work, even though I believe it ended up being more than they anticipated, they just did it. The most important thing to me was that Tim stood behind his word/warranty and came out and made repairs after the inital work was completed. That shows that he has pride in his work and is willing to make sure he completes the job 100%, as well as, ensure the reputation of his business and the satisfaction of his customers. That's a very hard quality to find in any business today. I highly recommend A1 Tim Williams.

Outstanding preformance. All my friends and I have used Tim for quite some time, I first meet Tim when he was working for another roofing company, I felt the other person was very disrespectful and I asked Tim to come back by his self the next day to do the job/ I had a small leak in my roof the guy he was working for was going to charge me over one thousand dollars (1,600.00 to be exact) Tim completely fixed the leak for 320.00 and I have not had a problem with it since. He is a very nice young man and easy on the eyes if I might add, he is so very well mannered his mother must be all so pround (I would be.) Any who I logged on to get Tims contact information and I seen that someone had some bad things to say, it breaks my heart that someone would seep so low to hurt someone else. I ask that anyone who reads this to pray for those who are out to harm others (they need God in their lives.) I will let my girlfriends know of this misfortune, help us to set things straight, keep the good name of a good person. Tim Williams is a good man.

He did a very good job he was very willing. when he came out to bid the job he bid a very low and reasonable price when i hired him to tear off and replace a single layer roof and replace mild rotted wood he discovered that there was a double layered roof and 4x as much rot knowing he could have quit the job, or charged more money he still did it for the same low price, Even though it took more time and would cost more money he still did the job. after he was done he shook my hand and said if i never needed anything else to give him a call. I HIGHLY recommend him for any home repairs you have. i promise he will out bid the cost of any other offer you will have.

We called several roofing companies and this was the only one who got back to us immediatly for an estimate. His prices are fair and the work is top notch. He immediately started working to round up materials and help to start on the job. He was here on the job when he said he would be. The job took a little longer than expected, but the house is old and some unexpected things came up. He immediately worked with us to find a solution in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend his work to others.

would not recomend tim williams to no one he came to my house last yr to look at some rotten wood an shingle ishues for me he looked the work over an gave me a price of about 2400 dollars for a days work then when i ask him several times to explain he got real rude went off tore his shirt off threaten to hit me i finally had had enough told him to leave my property then the next day i called another company out that did all the work he quated me for for about 1200 dollars cheaper an they were verry nice an done a great job after meetin mr williams i was worried for a while about me an my wifes well being he is no one ill ever call for anything i would recomend using companies that have been in raleigh for many yrs an companies that dont mind taking time to explain what you the home owner is payin for

I had called four other roofing companies and Tim beat one of their prices by eight hundred dollars the others by at least two hundred. I did not even tell him I had called other roofers let alone tell him their prices. I was impressed with how well mannered he was, he was very attentive to everything concern I had and even when I just started blabing off at the mouth Tim listened to everything I had to say.

I think Tim and his crew are wonderful. He is very courteous and polite. He fixed my roof after the tornadoes came through and did an EXCELLENT job. I would hire him over the big guy any day. He is in the process of fixing my siding now on my house and I know he will do a wonderful job. I trust him and he walks you through every step he will do to whatever repair or install he is doing. I would hire Tim anytime and anywhere to do work for me. He works around your budget and what you can afford. My roof is in better shape then when the house was built thanks to Tim. Thank you Tim for all your hard work.

This man is a true blessing, my three kids and I have been all having to stay in one room because the storm in april destroyed over half of my house it is now june and the insurance company still has not sent my check forcing me to pay out of pocket but tim was very understanding about the whole situation he worked with my budget I a single mother of three was able to afford to reconstruct three rooms in my home. TIM WILLIAMS IS TRULY OUT TO HELP THE PEOPLE NOT JUST OUT TO HELP HIMSELF. I can't thank him enough

Tim and his crew worked long hours to ensure the job was done right and on budget. They built a beautiful new roof on my house fixing a damaged and poorly designed roof system. The roof system Tim and his crew installed looks and works great. My project had a lot of other components from inside work to building a new shed. All aspects were completed successfully and professionally. They did good work at my house.



I had a window that was part of the original job. It's delivery was delayed by weeks. When it arrived, I called Tim and his crew was there the next day to install it for. I also had a minor problem with a gutter his crew installed. I called Tim, and once again they were there the next day to fix the problem. Great response time even after the original job was finished. Thanks Tim!

UNBEATABLE PRICE, INCREDIABLE WORK!!! I wanted a deck built onto my house and a neighbor of mine sugested I call Tim Williams, so I did. He did an incredible job, I was speachless when I learned that the total cost was in MY budget.

OMG!!! So much work for so little money. I felt like I was ripping him off. Tim Williams did an amazing job. He was so polite! He answered every question I could posibly dish out very throughly and walked me through everything that he was doing. I was so impressed!

Forget calling all over the place and having a bunch of different people in your yard, call Tim if he dosent do it he knows someone who does. From my own personal experience and from talking to others around me, if you like to save money (I know I sure do) and need a repair or addition on your house Tim is the man to call.

Tim Williams has done all my home repairs and additions for a long time, I have NEVER known him to raise any price at all if anything he lowers them BIG TIME! He gives me HUGE DISCOUNTS just for being a single father.
