06/11/2018 Today: Awesome Response, Fair Price, and Outstanding Work! I can give this Service nothing but a Big 5 on a Scale of 1 to 5! I uncovered and loosened the lid ahead of time. The Gentleman came the same day I called. He started up his pumper, connected the hoses and began removal in about 5 minutes. After pumping and constantly repositioning the large diameter suction hose for about 30 minutes, he replaced the extremely heavy lid and left nothing for me, the homeowner, to clean-up. I just can not say enough positive words to describe how hard this gentleman worked under early afternoon sun for the full 40 minutes!
