A-1 Dependable Appliance Service

Contacted for an oven repair., oven was locked shut from automatic cleaning. Stated he would get it open and diagnose the problem. He came out said turn the electric breaker off and then on (which we told him we had already done) and see if that unlocks it (it didn't). Then said you need a new computer in it, should be about $400. He left and we call Whirlpool who stated it was not possible for him to determine that by what he did.

Called him back and stated we were unhappy with the service he provided. He stated he would mail our check back for the service call ($45). He then cashed it. Called him back, he stated he would mail it back. 2 weeks later no check, called back again, stated they would look into it. Never heard again, STAY AWAY!
