Great atmosphere, usually the Belmont crowd, parking is easy, the coffee is great and the food is nice too (Turkey bagel!)

We go here regularly for coffee and brunch; the hasbrowns, juanita burrito and turkey bagel are favorite. Sitting outside makes a visit with kids quite doable and nice - it's harder to contain young children inside especially when very busy. During this summer we experienced lots of flies outside. The line is long as can be the wait for your food, especially when the students are in town and during peak hours (weekend etc). Service is kind.
