Aptive Environmental

Our first consultation with Aptive happened today and so far so good! Dom was on time and very thorough with his explanation of our services and what his plan of action was for our house. I really liked hearing about the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Looking forward to future appointments to see if his good experience continues.

Andrew Edwards did a thorough treatment of my home yesterday. I really appreciate Aptive's employees as they are very polite and listen to your needs. I am highly allergic to bee's and other stinging insects, but Andrew took care of the few problematic spots on the eaves and outside of my house. He also treated inside the house and the lawn.

So far the company has done very well. Jonathan G did a great job explaining all the pests they would treat for and answered all of my questions. Dominic O. arrived in the middle of the allotted time window and explained all the services he was going to do, and then when he was done went over them again. He address all the onsite concerns as well. So far we are very happy.

This was our first service but so far they have been great. Dominic is very polite and has taken the time to explain things to me. He even alerted me to the fact that he saw a wasp inside the house in the window next to my sleeping baby. I've been very impressed by Aptive.
