She has been a lifesaver for my husband and our six children. She walked us through the whole process and helped us to keep our car and house. Two thumbs up
Everyone should have a will! They're not cheap, but they do a good job. Very professional. Took a while for them to produce the documents, but that seems to be pretty standard.
Martha Child has been my attorney for 15 years. During that time, I have recommended her to family, friends, and co-workers. Not one person has ever complained of Ms. Child's legal representation of them. I have always been pleased with Ms. Child's handling of my legal matters. Recently, she assisted me with the probate of my Mother's will. Ms. Child is painfully honest, dependable, her prices reasonable, and she explains your options completely. I LOVE not having to search for a place to park downtown every time I meet with her. Her assistant is pleasant, helpful, and conscientious. I know of no other attorney I would use or recommend to anyone I care about. On the flip side...If you are looking for someone to be dishonest, lie, manipulate facts, and sugarcoat things in order to please you--Ms. Child is definitely NOT the attorney for you!
I highly recommend Martha Child. She was the only one who really listened to my situation with my daughter and the problems I was having with the court order for my weekend and holiday times I was to have my child. I went back and forth to court on several occasions, had many, many, sleepless nights worrying about my daughter and the problem I was having to see her and even talk to her. Ms. Child was the only one I feel really took my situation as serious as I did. As a result of Ms. Child's work, the way she presented everything to the court, and all, I was able to see my daughter and was also granted custody of her. Thank you Ms. Child.
I was at the end of my rope in the spring of 2011 and after having gone through all options, I had to do the most difficult thing. I had to file bankruptcy. Having had no experience with this sort of process, I was at a loss as to whom to turn to. I actually just picked a law office in my area out of the phone book and boy am I glad I did. I ended up speaking to Jessica Massey and I believe she literally saved my sanity. She was very informative on the process and was by my side every step of the way. She has fought for me and continues to be there for my questions and help. I believe that if anyone finds themself in need of a lawyer, they could find no one better than Jessica Massey of Massey and Bhela, PLLC
