DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. Hear me out. I went to a vet to see what was wrong with my dog. They said he had a slip disc and couldnt do surgery so I called NVS. I asked the receptionist how much for slip disc surgery on a Boston Terrier? She said $3300-$3700. I had to work that night so I told them Im sending my girlfriend up there with my credit card can you charge her on my credit card without me being there they said sure. They then did a MRI on him and found a tumor. No surgery done to my dog just a diagnosis of a tumor and guess what they charged my credit card for? $2800 and said I still owe them another $150. When I got up there after work they immediately sent me to a room so I wouldnt be near there customers and I waited for 30 minutes and I finally went out to the waiting area and told them Im not waiting in a room for that long. They then send a woman in there and I told her what I was quoted on the phone and she said she would look up the phone conversation and see what was told as they apparently record phone conversations. I said well thats perfect do you mind if I can get a copy of that phone conversation? Swear to god this woman without blinking an eye said no thats our personal property. Folks thats when you know you've been conned. I left this place with a burnt CDROM of his MRI a dying dog and a $3000 billing statement. I told them are you guys really going to do a USMC Iraq war veteran like this? She said let me go get your dog so we can get you out of here.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. Whatever the receptionist quotes you over the phone multiply that by 2. They are told to low ball you over the phone and then they will rip you off. The woman surgeon I spoke to said she would listen to the recorded phone conversation and I then asked if you don't mind can I get a copy of that phone conversation? At which she replied no that's our personal property. They charge you for every damn thing you can imagine itemizing everything. Do you really want to pay $125 for using there scalpel? I was at home sleeping so I could go to work and sent my gf up there huge mistake. They charged me $2800 just to see what was wrong with him. The receptionist quoted me $3300-$3700 for everything. Lie after lie after lie first they said they could do the surgery but it would be 50/50 prognosis. Then they said next to none chance of success.
My cat was referred to this clinic so i had no knowlede of the vets and quality but i trusted my vet on this. He was right. Their services and expertise were excellent HOWEVER they were all Business! It was like a machine or you were on an assembly line! Here's the diagnosis and prognosis so your pet needs to be put down!!!!!! Oh, you need some time? NO COMPASSION. They throw traumatic news at you and expect you to just make a snap decision to Kill your baby like it is nothing! I hate these people. Yes, my baby was extremely ill But i had more than a week with him after my visit to That god-forsaken place. DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS HELL-HOLE,

Great office, but they do charge a lot for their services. The technicians are all really friendly and kind, but we quit going there because I felt that they were over charging. However, they are all great professionals, and they care for the animals.
We have used these guys twice and have been so impressed by them! This place is clean, the staff is very kind (and considering the level of stress I am sure they are under, I think this is fantastic) and the price is cry reasonable! Dr. Buford that is there on Sunday's is the absolute best!!! They also have an ICU unit there. They have people coming in to visit their sick pets and they are always so kind to them and they never rush them. I just love these guys!!

Despite the odds, you all fought like hell, never gave up, pulled 24hr shifts, brought in soothing spa music (Heather) and saved our boy!!! From the first day that I walked into the Nashboro Animal Hospital, I was treated as a family member. The amount of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that my family received (and still continues to receive) is rivaled by none in any industry. When I brought my cat Mollie to them for help, they welcomed us with more than just a diagnosis. They offered support, care, constant phone calls updating me on her progress, and a multitude of hugs. The owner even went above and beyond to stay many hours past closing time to keep a watchful eye on my sickly Mollie, keeping me updated during the entire process.When it came to the diagnosis, long term care plans and procedures needed in my situation, every member of the staff made it a point to keep me involved. They would explicitly tell me EXACTLY what was needed, and why. If I didn't understand, they would educate me on what was happening to my little Mollie, and how WE were going to treat her together. Their level of honesty was a much needed relief to me, a stubborn cynic.Every time that there was a test needed or samples sent off, I was notified of the cost upfront. There were no hidden costs nor surprise bills. Every time that I was there, I visited my hurt cat. The staff here are firm believers that pet owners are a priority when in regard to the healing process. I got to visit Mollie everyday, and that is something that I truly appreciate given the circumstances surrounding her stay.When almost two months had passed since I first stepped foot through their doors, I found myself faced with the most difficult decision that any pet owner will ever have to make. I went to Nashboro Animal Hospital unannounced. There was no phone call, no appointment, no email. I walked in without warning. I was immediately greeted with a hug, and the owner could tell that something was wrong. We immediately began discussing the situation, and our options.That day was yesterday.Tonight I'm writing this review with tear-stained cheeks. I'm writing this because amidst all of the sadness I have for my Mollie, I couldn't be happier that I found this specific animal hospital. In over 30 years of pet ownership (cats, dogs, birds, fish, and turtles), I have never received the compassion that they gave me. The facilities are there, and they are clean. The doctors are professional, well versed, and will always answer your questions. What sets this hospital apart from the rest? Their dedication to a legacy that was started 1987 by Dr. Kitty Parker. They are truly "One of a Kind", and they are a much needed establishment in today's world. I will continue to be the best pet owner that I can be, and I will never even consider taking my pets to a different hospital.
Fantastic professional service, friendly folks, and a great facility. Expensive, but all emergency services like this are expensive. I would highly recommend this facility, and would even recommend you drive a little further to come here. I've been to others and they don't come close.
