The Bike Route

I just bought a really nice bike and the service was excellent during the sale but the return policy is very subjective. I am disabled and thought that bike riding might help with rehabilitation. I was wrong.I tried to return the bike in new condition but first chatted with the manager as the return policy does permit returns within 30 days. I was shocked to find out that I would be charged a $200 re-stocking fee for the bike which was barely used. Keep in mind that I have only logged 30 to 40 miles on the bike and it was in new condition and within the 30 day return policy. In other words, make sure that you love the bike or only use it in your house with the tags attached, or it will cost you dearly to return the bike. I probably logged 30 to 40 miles on the bike in less than a month and it did not work out for me due to my disability. The manager appeared unsympathetic about my disability and even ambivalent. Furthermore, he admitted they might not accept the return at all. Be warned about such a such subjective return policy and be sure the bike is perfect for your needs before walking out the door.
