        Disappointing

        My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in a suite the night of our wedding, courtesy of my mother. Unfortunately the hotel highly lacks a certain je ne sais quois that you'd expect from such a high class, pricey hotel. Despite the scratchy sheets and towels, we managed to enjoy the incredible view and luxurious bathtub. However, upon checking out it was brought to our attention that they were about to charge my husband for the room. When I sent him back in to clear things up they assured us their "files" showed my mothers credit card would be charged. A week later, my husband informs me they did in fact charge his credit card. We've been in contact with the hotel and are always told we will be called back, but are not. This Hotel may look fancy, but the way it is managed is far from. Take your business somewhere with a better track record and more experience.
