Provided by SuperpagesI've been using H&R Block for the past 18 years (save 2) and have never run into the incompetence I experienced here. The woman didn't know state from federal. She turned me over to her manager. I didn't have my son's SS number on hand, but HE'S BEEN ON MY RETURNS FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS! Wouldn't you think they'd have it on file? OMG. Don't waste your precious time as I did mine this year!
