Chicago Computers

I took my laptop in to have them look at this overheating problem i had, and they fixed it with no problem. My computer was done in 2 days, and they called me right away explaining the problem and giving me the subtotal.

We found Chicago Computers to be very professional and the service to be very good. We thought our computer had died with no hope of resurrection and they brought it back to life. The pricing was fair.

I dropped off 2 computers. On the first one they were slow getting the work done, than it wasnt done right. The computer never worked! They billed more than we agreed on the second one and I came in to pick it up 3 times and they said its not ready.Than had a 3rd party call and abuse me for more money than they were owed but he wouldnt disclose who he was or how to pay if I did want it back. Their tactics are illegal and its paramount to extortion. I'm calling the Attorney Generals consumer fraud division!
