Buikema's Ace Hardware

This Ace location is one of the most handicap unfriendly businesses in the Naperville area. Granted, by law they have handicap parking but that is where it ends. From the moment I entered the store, the aisles were blocked at the ends halfway down. Most aisles were too narrow for wheelchair access. I couldn't turn around the end of aisles to go down next aisle. Many areas were too narrow for to able bodied people to pass each other without one backing out of the aisle. The sales areas and tables were not accessible at all. I commented on this to sales people on the floor and they walked away. I told the check out clerk this twice and she simple asked did I find what I wanted and I told her no and explained I couldn't get to the area in the store and her reply... ok bye. My wife asked about access on previous visit and was told they purposely make t)he aisles small and space small to force customers to talk to staff who are both rude and can never find the correct item. This place was not only handicap inaccessible, I would imagine in violation of safety issues.
