I would like to 2nd what cowgirl said about the so called professionals at the gun and ammo counter. I stood at the counter of the gun section for 10 min and waited my turn to ask some questions. When the (CASHIER) was done I was just about to say something to him and he looked me right in the eye from no more than ten feet and turned and walked away. I went and found a person stocking shelves for some assistance and he said," there should be some body back there" I told him what had just happened and he said he would send someone back there. After 20 min I just left. I noticed as I was going thru the door the so called professional was right there talking to a young female employee,and Nothing work related I assure you. I have had better customer service at the ATM. I realize this was only 2 employees and I have had some good employees talk to me and give assistance. I felt that your so called pro was anything but,Maybe a pro at throwing BS and flirting with the female employees. I honestly don't see that place lasting if what I have seen is of the norm.As for STAR rating? is there anything lower than a zero star rating? and as for telling my friends about the place? I sure would,I'd say stay away from that place all together. The customer is thought of no more than a pile of bear scat and if you don't spend hundreds of dollars at a time you are held at even lower importance,and visibly so. Thanks to the few good employees there, hope you are able to find jobs when you shut down. That's normally what happens to places that the public refuses to shop at. I just wanted to add I have a couple dozen employees I was going to Buy $200 gift cards for doing such a Great job at their jobs over the last year,especially for their Great customer service because that is one of the most important parts of any job that deals with the public. I have now decided to give cash to them and let them decide where to spend it. thank you. By the way I was forced to give a star rating to get this to go thru. There was no option to give it a negative rating.

We're fairly new to the area and this place was super helpful about all the great areas to fish and camp. Everyone was very knowledgeable about products and questions in general we had as newbie fly fishermen and on the FEW occasions someone didn't have an answer for us, they found someone who did. It's always a pleasure to shop there!

My husband was asking questions back at the gun counter and in the middle, like actually words coming out of his mouth the salesman turned and started bs-ing another customer. That has happened another time to us. They have no customer service and must not care about return customers.
