Mexican Restaurants in Nampa, ID

We have been to El Tenampa (Nampa location) on numerous occasions and we thought it was a very good place and we got really good service in the past but tonight (5.12.17) we went in and we were seated and given chips and salsa and the chips were old and tasted bad. We sat there for about 10 + minutes and no one offered us drinks or took a food order. There were waitresses that helped other customers but we were ignored. We decided to just leave and on our way out no one acknowledged us or asked if our dinner was okay (but than we didn't get any) or said have a good evening. We will not go back to them again. I called and talked to the manager (Lea) and she said that the waitresses were new and they were training them "the moral of the story is don't practice on your customers practice on yourselves so that you don't lose your customers over bad service".

I ordered here from Shark Foods who delivered so I can't speak for the atmosphere or service, but I can say that the food was disappointing. :( I will not be ordering from this place again.

While the food was good I won't be going back to this restaurant any time soon. The place wasn't busy and I was in rush to get to work but the cashier ringing up my order was too busy paying attention to her phone to take much notice of me. She acted like she didn't care if I was there or not, so I won't be there again.

I will agree the prices are good. The food is average, nothing to rave about. The service is fine, quick, but again not at all extraordinary. The atmosphere is wanting. Not long ago we ordered out and were pleased with the speed with which it was prepared. The food was alright but somewhat dry and a little skimpy. We assumed that is was just the take-out quality (sometimes in-restaurant food is better than take-out. We decided to give it another go and dined in this time. Again the food was ok. The rice was quite salty and everything was a bit dry ( I ordered enchiladas, not a dry dish). The service was again quick maybe a bit rushed even. The atmosphere was poor. All the tables were filled on one side of the restaurant with a steady trickle in and out, people sometimes waiting for their table to be bussed. The other side was not in use at all, the light were out. I can imagine that this would save the restaurant money, however filling all tables on only one side made it quite loud and a bit crowded. All around I would say this is an average to below average restaurant, not bad, but not great either.

We love this restaurant! We visit as often as we can. They have great food and a nice variety. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Yumm! The prices are good. The service is fantastic, never a wait, and those that work at Fiesta are inviting and very friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful, complete with Mexican music, motif, and a little Spanish thrown around a bit, which my kids love. There are many high-backed booths and dividers throughout the restaurant allowing for quieter more intimate dining. This is, by far, my favorite Mexican restaurant!

This is real Mexican food Anyone who says this isn't authentic has no taste buds. I'm from the same place the owners are and I felt like I was at my grandmas house eating. Great barbacoa!

Overall, I'd say this is fantastic! Pricewise, it's extremely fair for the amount of food they give you, I went here with my parents last week. I must say the food was very good.

the food is really good! I'm definitely never disappointed at the quality of the food but I am, however, ALWAYS disappointed by the customer service. They might also be very generous with their portions of food, but I cannot say that they have that same generousity with thier condiments/sauces (via drive-thru). Overall, it was the customer service that made me give this resaurant a bad rating. So if you're looking for great mexican food at the price of poor customer service or lack of friendliness, than this is a great 24 hour, drive-thru restaurant.
