We have lived here for almost 6 years in South Carolina, and have used different companies to clean our carpets. Unfortunately most other companies use water to clean and after a couple of weeks, the dirt and stains would return. I searched online to find another company and saw 'Extreme Dry Carpet Cleaning' and decided to call to ask some questions. They came to our condo and inspected the carpet, at which I was embarrassed to have them see, and did a spot cleaning to make sure they could help brighten up the carpet. We scheduled the appointment that week for cleaning. I absolutely loved the smell of the citrus, no chemicals, and was totally amazed at how well the carpet looked. I had considered replacing the carpet, but after the cleaning by Xtreme Dry Carpet, I don't have to. Another positive comment is that I could immediately walk on the carpet without getting wet! I have referred neighbors and they also have enjoyed the outcome. The staff are so nice and thorough in the cleaning process. I will continue to use their service as long as I'm in my home. Xtreme Dry Carpet Cleaning crew did a PHENOMENAL job on two separate properties for our real estate company, Seaside Realty. One was a purchase of a townhome for our son and "at first" we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet because it was so stained, but when the guys "worked their magic" - it came out looking brand new. Heard about Xtreme Dry Carpet Cleaning at a community meeting and decided to try the service. We have three cats and therefore alot of hair on the carpets. The first time Ashton came and did the caprets and we were very pleased with the results. We then had our carpeting at our rental condo done by Xtreme and were very pleased with the results. We now have our carpets done once a year before we store them for the summer months. We also still continue to have the carpeting in our rental condo done yearly. The service and the employees are the best in the business.

I have always used steam cleaning companies to clean our carpet. The results were always the same. They looked great when the cleaners left, but after the carpet dried completely, the stains would come back to the surface.One of my friend suggested Xtreme Carpet Cleaning. My wife and I figured , why not! It was the right choice. It has now been a couple of months since we had it done. If you were to tell me that dry would clean my carpet I would not have believed it. Ashton came to my house and I had a dog and my two grandchildren living with us for about six months and my rugs were a mess. I have already used these guys twice I have two dogs and I need to have my carpets cleaned at least twice a year. They were very professional, the carpets came out looking great and all of the dog odor was gone. The price was competitive and there was no dry time involved. The second time I had call for an appointment they were able to get to my house on the same day within an hour. Very good company to deal with.

My experience with Xtreme Dry Capret Cleaning was fantastic! Purchased a home that had stained and dirty carpets. I initially thought I would have to replace the carpet in several rooms but Ashton and his team were able to remove all the stains. Even the high traffic areas look great. I would never consider using anyone else, nor any other kind of cleaning. I recently bought new carpeting. The best you can buy! Dry cleaning is the only way to go! No water gets into the padding, where it stays, seeps back up into carpeting, and gets moldy. Their system takes out every kind of stain I've ever had; pet vomit, pet urine, coffee, mud, normal dirty shoe traffic, and juice. The stains are gone and stay gone, because they are not pushed down into the padding by water or steam. There powerful equipment brings the carpet fibers up to practically new condition.

Now, as to the company, owner, and employees: They are superb! They have never been late, their prices are comparable to most other companies, they are professional, friendly, go above and beyond, workable with your time and situations, respectful of your home and contents, they wear booties on their feet (right from the start), and they are expedient, yet thorough. Ashton and Colby were excellent. Very professional. Their response time could not be beat! They explained every aspect of their cleaning process, and did a very impressive demonstration of how their method of carpet cleaning works. The technician asked me several times to look at the progress of what I had pointed out as trouble spots (from a very sick old dog - (RIP) and a high traffic area from husband's work boots!). The entire process was unlike anything I have ever experienced with carpet cleaning professionals. Not only did they save us from having to spend $$$ replacing carpet, they completely sold me on their method of dry cleaning versus steam cleaning (which I had just used several months earlier with less than satisfactory results).
