        I hate the way business is being handled with this organization. Grand Strand Pediatrics has legal binding contracts with insurance companies that they will not comply with. I was told and I quote "It wouldn't be cost efficient to the business to accept your insurance". This was totally inappropriate to tell a customer. This is what I know they pay to be put onto a list to attract customers to offer services a flat fee rate. Instead of honoring business obligations they told me to hand over $200 for my child's circumcision and it wouldn't be covered under insurance. I spoke with a lady in billing and she stated that even though my insurance would maybe cover it they would not accept it due to the fact it wasn't worth it on the business side of things. My insurance covers the service 100% with a $25 copay I understand it's a business but Grand Strand Pediatrics shouldn't sign documentation stating they will service customers at one rate if it's covered, but then switch things over when it doesn't work in their favor. I'm going to report this place to the BBB and the local business chain of commerce for signing binding contracts to offer services at a standard rate then playing the bad for business card when it comes time to pay to take care of obligations.
