        Overall

        Had a septic done early this year (2015) in wintery conditions. Appears to be working properly however I had to remind them of contractual obligations in order for things to progress correctly, i.e. removal (not simply crushing) of old tanks and inspection verifications (prior to continuing). Although we realize this line of work is likely quite demanding and impromptu, we feel this does not warrant the very poor communication experienced throughout. McLeary Septic was supposed to come back in the spring to bring our yard to its original condition and place the fencing back up however they never bothered to even return my call. My husband and I worked continuously to remove all of the weeds we were left with that were brought in from the topsoil (dirt) used, in place of the beautiful sod we previously enjoyed. They left fencing down and yard unfinished. Very disappointed. Have pictures if anyone is interested.
