All Bright Pressure Washing

Mark Prieur came out to the house and quoted me for pressure washing my deck and staining it. Said I could buy my own stain. $500 for the wash, $500 in for the staining. Wash job was adequate, if a little rushed. Mark requested payment for that half of the job which I gave on the spot. Promised to return Wednesday to do the stain.

Over the next few days I called, texted, and emailed multiple times, trying to follow up. I received no response from any of my attempts to contact him. His cell phone started going straight to voice mail for my calls. Mark and his team were a no show on Wednesday for the staining and I wasted my time preparing.

The next day, I called from a different number and Mark picked up right away. Unfortunately, once he realized it was me he got upset, refused to stain the deck, and hung up on me. I emailed one more time, offering the chance to re-quote the stain job if he thought his labor costs were higher than initially expected, but he never responded.
