Affordable Floor Finishing

Would not recommend this company! Contract was for Select red oak, but we ended up with red oak that has holes some 1" in diameter which he filled with wood putty. The flooring has a large amount of graining and some areas are even black. In one entry area we have been told the flooring is actually hollow and will have to be replaced. In another area he couldn't sand it down enough to get it smooth so he just finished over it leaving a hole and rough area. We looked at a job he had done two years prior to ours and it was a much better quality of wood and definitely a better job.
