Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The regular workers seemed too busy to handle my needs...I did wait more than a few minutes. However...when the manager saw the situation he immediately stepped in and personally met all my needs in a timely and professional manner. He went out of his way to treat me with dignity and respect I have seldom found elsewhere. Plus...he was courteous and friendly as well. He apologized for the wait and assured me this was not a usual occurrence...and I believe him. I will definitely be back and recommend this branch to everyone. Tyler Strite...thank you...great job!

Not too happy overall with this particular branch, but most especially with my last visit here. I rent regularly and was given a Ford Focus with only a quarter tank of gas. FAIL. Next the vehicle was awful. It jerked the whole time I drove it and since I was traveling it made for several unpleasant hours. When I returned the car, with more gas in it than I had picked it up, I told the lady helping me that the car was awful and jerked. Her reply, "yea everyone complains about that with those cars." Are you serious?! So this is a common issue but you still rent them and don't get the car fixed AND don't apologize???? No sorry. No nothing. I swear if there was something else to move closer to work they would without a doubt get my business.

I think they do a good job overall. I use them frequently and only once was the person helping me check out a vehicle was rude.

The other glitch was that the last time I got a ride back, the fellow driving the car was extremely unkempt. He looked like he had not showered, was dressed dirtily and lazily turned on the radio pretty loud when we were driving back, without asking me if it would be okay to turn on the radio, by the way.

Again, overall I would recommend this location in Murrysville, PA without a second thought.
