A Plus Walk-In Urgent Care

Came in being the second pt on the wait list and still waiting over 45 mins!! Pathetic. First time and last time coming here.

We used this urgent care for a sports physical recently. The staff was very polite and professional, our wait time wasn't bad and the doctors were very thorough. Overall a very good experience.

I have used this urgent care many times, both for myself, and my kids. Well, when I moved farther away, I started using a differnt one, Inland Urgent Care... Bad Idea! Today, I called A plus, and explained my situation "I have new insurance, but no cards yet. I DO have my member number though, can you see me?" The totally nice, helpful lady said "No problem! We can look it up!" Over the years of going there, I've received NOTHING but exceptional care, by a friendly, knowledgable staff! I habe used BOTH the Kalmia st. location and the Winchester (Technology Dr.) locations. The offices is super clean, and they treat you with care, compassion, and are always courteous. This is by far the BEST urgent care. I recommend them to anyone, and if you live a little ways away, it's 100% worth the drive!
