The work staff are always efficient and friendly .. I love the service they provide for invitations, cards and gifts.. I use them every chance I get . . . I highly recommend this neat & tidy shop.

We drive from Nashville to go to the Write Impression because of the excellent personal service that we continually receive there. We find their prices very competitive, the quality of products excellent, and the variety wonderful, plentiful, and current. When working on a budget or a less important event we find the sales personnel and the owner very helpful, knowledgeable and certainly considerate of our budget. We have never felt like we had to purchase the most expensive products. We welcome this type of small business where the owner is available, cooperative, and extremely knowledgeable and the staff is not far behind at every venture. The products are never boring and always changing which is very refreshing. We will continue to do our business at The Write Impression and we will also continue to recommend it for its high standard of service and product.

I was shock to read these reviews. I had the opposite experience. I was on a very tight budget and the owner worked with me personally to make sure I had just what I wanted, while staying within my budget. She also helped my friends and family pick out the perfect invitations for my bridal parties. I have sent tons of people to The Write Impression and they all have had great experiences. I would recommend The Write Impression to anyone. I am now expecting my first child and I can’t wait to go pick out my birth announcements.

this is perfect for wedding invitations

The employees were not helpful with my wedding needs. When I asked questions I did not get a direct answer, but criticism for my choices. All weddings are important not just the high dollar ones. Good customer service should be given to all customers.

The owner of the Write Impression is condescending and rude. She acted as if her opinion was the only one that mattered and did not consider the feelings of others. An individual like this should not be allowed to deal with the public. Good luck as a small business owner with that attitude
