After a blessing of events, we opened full time in June 2011. We are a small business in Middle Tennessee. Licensed and fully insured in Tn., Ky., and Al. With more states coming soon. Mike Dial was born, raised, and began his Land Surveying career in Clarksville, with relatives, and many close friends here he has a keen interest in providing service to the community.

We offer our clients a full line of surveying services in addition to basic land surveying. Including: Sign placement certifications, FEMA Flood certifications, Building layout, and footer certifications, Flood Plain elevation verifications, Evidence collection, and GPS control layout to name a few. Thanks to a willing partnership of Professional Land Surveyors, and relationships with local Engineers, and Architects our clients receive a great team of professionals both field and office to assist in any of their projects needs.
