Dale's Small Engine

Third time I have taken my mower to Dale's for a problem. As always, quick, friendly and expert. Have used other shops before but always a problem or they were really expensive. This is the place to take your mower to when problems occur. Only place I go from now on.

I brought my Craftsman push-mower in because it wouldn't start. Their expertise is so broad that they told me what they thought it was at the outset. It turned out that their assumptions were correct. It took nearly two weeks to fix, but that is due to the spring rush. It was still faster than I was quoted from other small-engine repair services in the area (one company told me it would be a month). Great people. Great service. Great pricing. They are now my go-to for any small engine service.

Dale has been nothing but a complete professional going out of his way to accommodate MY needs, unlike many other businesses that only care about their own. I was out of town for an extended period of time and we needed a mower ASAP. Dale sold me a perfectly working Cub Cadet Mower for a great price and delivered it to my house. Showed my wife how to use it and didn't leave until she was comfortable with operating it. I will recommend him to anyone that asks for any small engine work.

Dale worked magic on my 10-year old Cub Cadet LT1045. I don't have a trailer handy, but Dale & his wife will pick up and drop off. Sharpend the blades, replaced the fuel filter, lubed it, etc. He also spotted a bad belt, but said the other one was fine (the one I had replaced a year or two earlier), so I know he looked and I know he shoots straight. He fixed a starting problem, and offered different solutions depending on my budget. He also saw where the blade spindles had started to crack the mowing deck, and put some welds in place to prevent further tearing. Excellent service. Excellent experience. My mower runs better than it has in years. Sent him my problem push mower to stew over. I'm a repeat customer and HIGHLY recommend Dale's Small Engine Repair.

Being new to the area we struggled to find good repair service for our riding lawn mower..Repeat breakdowns seem the norm. Over the past 7 years our New Huskee Lawn tractor spent as much time in a repair shop as it did cutting lawn. Then we found this site and read the reviews. We drove out and met with Dale and he was up front and honest. So after 3 days we called him back and made arrangements to have him service our lawn tractor. That was the best decision we had ever made. He did excellent work at a fair price. He was able to return the machine faster than promised. For the first time our lawn tractor cut the lawn with out issues..The deck no longer shook & vibrated and we had a smooth even cut in the lawn. Belts and pulleys tracked evenly and smoothly. Dale even gave us a heads up on a possible issue that could lead to a problem down the road. We would recommend Dales to any one needing excellent service at a fair price. I was able to get the opportunity to sit a watch the performance of Dale repairing my mower. I say he is very efficient....and a job well done, and paid close attention to detail. Knew exactly what was wrong with my mower. I don't see myself going to another repair shop other than "DALE'S" I have another project to be worked on, so I will be back....and I recommend Dale to anybody that is looking for small engine repair!!

This is one of the best repair shops I've run across in a long time. They are dependable, stand behind their work, reasonable and keep you up to date on the status of the repairs. They're located conveniently just off Joe B. Jackson on I-24. I highly recommend Dale!

Dale did a fantastic job on fixing my riding mover that had been seen by another mover shop in town for the same issue. The big difference was the quality of the parts used, and the quickness

of getting the repair done. They are also the nicest people you could ask to deal with.

Simply put, have been using dayle for years and always have been treated right. I had used other folks before finding dayle who were way higher, and didn't do a good job. Always treated right with him and he wants to make sure you are happy with the service! Highly recommend
