Had an appointment for an appraisal and watch band adjustment. Everything went fantastic. Met and greeted at door and was in and out in 30 minutes. It was about an hour from home but we’ll worth the trip. Very friendly and professional staff.

Bell Jewelers has been my jeweler for almost 25 years. It is family owned and the Tidwells provide caring, professional assistance every time I visit.

These guys are GREAT. I brought in a music box my Dad gave me about 40 years ago for repair. It isn't really worth anything but it means the world to me. I am sure the repair took them a long time. They did an excellent job. In my opinion they didn't charge me enough! I even tried to "tip" them. But they just said it was their pleasure to repair my family treasure. I honestly can't say enough nice things about Bell Jewelers. I will certainly shop there for all my jewelry and repair needs.

Bell jewelers is the place to purchase any special gift or piece of jewelery. My husband has purchased my engagement ring and push presents here and they have been perfect. This is the only jewelry store we will buy from. We trust their products and intentions. Go to Bell Jewelers before everyone else.

I've gone to every jewelry store in middle tennessee; all the ones you hear on the radio - and I won't go back to any of them.



As most guys probably are, I was very intimidated going in alone. I went in close to closing time and they allowed me to stay after until I found the perfect gift.



I told them my budget and I got an amazing deal on a pair of Diamond Earrings.



They have a simple return policy; and a great trade in/trade up policy as well.

Whenever we decide; we can bring back the diamond earrings and use the amount to buy a larger set.



You also can get written appraisals that are great for insurance purposes.

I only go for repairs because now that Mullins is gone there are few choices. The staff is unfriendly to the point of being rude. I will NEVER make a purchase there for this reason!
