At the planning stage they will discuss any changes rather than half way through your project, from a simple change to a whole new design if needed. They're down to earth people that can conduct business w/ pleasure. For ex., a woman can map out EXACTLY what she wants but half way through, the entire plans change. ScrewHeads take the time to spend w/ the customers to make certain that things are understood, agreed and HAPPY on both parts. Changes are welcomed w/out leaving with a bad attitude. They put in a full day of work and will continue until the project is complete. There have been pool parties & picnics that the customer had planned that were unknown to ScrewHeads before the dead-line of the contract. They did everything they had to do to make that special occassion SPECIAL w/out compromising Quality, Customer Service, Safety, Clean-up, etc. Included with the completion of the "project", there is a free gift given for the appreciation of your business.
