John, Katie and the rest of the staff at Park West Physical Therapy are truly the best! I have been going to Imagine PT off and on over the past 8 years. They have always treated me well and deliver great results. My father was in town last year and was having terrible pain in his shoulder from traveling, John took care of him in one to two visits. We were so pleased.

My last PT needs were handled by Katie in the months of July and August of 2018. She was making wonderful progress and I unfortunately had to move. She was very kind to give me a full documentation of what services she had performed and what to look for in my new location.

Imagine PT has a full comprehensive treatment plan, the front office staff is knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage and very helpful with scheduling, the back staff all gets along and works as a wonderful team. would give them 10 stars if they would let me. The only issue can be parking so leave early enough to allow time to park

I had a very negative experience with a local orthopedic doctor. I had suffered in excruciating pain for seven months following a serious knee injury. After my family doctor wrote me a referral to Imagine Physical Therapy, my life changed for the better. After just one visit, with Kathryn, my pain drastically decreased. Though my treatment is not over, my knee is greatly improving. I have yet to regain regular function, but I'm getting there. The environment at Imagine is filled with peace, hope and healing. The staff is proficient and professional. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. The Lowcountry is fortunate to have such a devoted group of healthcare professionals dedicated to wellness. If you are looking for a physical therapist, look no further. Imagine Physical Therapy accepts most insurance plans and has several locations.

Imagine Physical Therapy has wonderfully professional therapists and support staff. They are friendly and encouraging in your rebuilding process and let you know the “whys” of your treatment and the results you can expect. With that, you have a confidence in their guidance and the anticipated result. When Imagine was recommended, I had the usual concern about how long this would take and what would be expected of me. There was no need for concern as it actually became an enjoyable experience as I felt the progress taking place.

I had a hip replacement in Dec 2016. Although I am very active, I had difficulty in my recovery. I could not stand one legged on my affected leg without extreme pain. This problem didn’t start until 6 months after my surgery, so it was difficult to determine the cause. After eliminating multiple possible causes, my orthopedic surgeon suggested physical therapy. I was not convinced PT was the solution but went to Imagine PT on the recommendation of a friend who had gone there with great results. John and his staff worked with me exhibiting expert care and understanding of what was causing my problem and how to correct it. I had weekly “Acu-therapy” treatments using dry needling, cupping and E-stimulation of the affected muscles along with an at-home exercise program. Over a 6 week period of time the thigh muscles that had not reactivated on their own after my surgery were stimulated, stretched and strengthened. I am now totally pain free and fully mobile thanks to the great results at Imagine PT. I really appreciate their caring attention to the intricate details of how our creator knitted us together and the resulting outcome of their work far exceeded my expectations.

Imagine did a great job of helping me get back to full health after my ACL surgery. They were very motivated to help me recover. John and his staff were always very nice and friendly. They knew exactly what to do for my knee.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I received physical therapy under the guidance of John Mart and his staff. Believe me when I tell you that John Mart just may be the most incompetent therapist around! I got the impression that he didn't care about my input or feelings. My daughter is a physical therapist in Arizona and she was absolutely appalled at the treatment I received. Not only was the treatment not appropriate, but he also over-billed. I brought this up to my referring doctor, and he will no longer be referring patients to Imagine Physical Therapy. Do yourself and your body and don't see this scam artist, John Mart.

I am sixty years old and retired from the U.S. Army. I have had a terrible neck problem from too much parachuting in the military. I have gone three times a week for three weeks. I haven't felt this good in over 25 years! It is a near miracle. Many thanks to a great team at Imagine Physical Therapy.
