Dr. Bailey completed his residency and internship at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where he served as an associate professor in the department of Neurological Surgery. He specializes in spine and cerebrovascular surgery. Dr. Bailey is board certified in neurological surgery and is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
