        "The report is easy to read an...

        "The report is easy to read and understand, but more importantly, the inspector went over the report with me and the buyer on-site, and made certain we understood it thoroughly. The inspector answered all our questions and took the time to show us the actual problem areas, and what needed to be done to correct it. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but seeing and understanding the problem on-site and first-hand is priceless!"
