        Great Service!

        I used to take my computer to Best Buy but often I would end up waiting weeks for it to be serviced and a huge bill to pay at the end. It also seemed like none of the technicians had any information about my personal computer. I'm sure their staff is knowledgable however I think they have too many computers to fix and not enough technicians.

        Jeff at Tech Please fixed my computer in a timely fashion and it wasn't overpriced. I also felt that Jeff knew me personally as a customer. Its so rare that businesses like that exist today so it was rather refreshing!
