I have done business with MHFS for years. Unfortunately, I won’t return and can’t recommend them moving ahead. This pertains to the service side of the business. Reasons: Concur with another review post here that service time frames are ridiculous, I dropped off a Husky mower for minor warranty service in the past and it took weeks for them to complete the work during mowing season. Recently, I dropped off some chain saw blades for sharpening and was not promised a completion time. When asked if they could call me on completion they looked at me like I had three heads, I guess this would involve some form of effort/customer service they were unwilling to perform. Several days latter, I swung in to pick them up and found they were not touched. This was not the first time they burned me on the same thing. I understand this type of work may be a low priority to them, as apparently warranty service work is as well. I’ve purchased equipment here and find they are very proactive selling, it’s the service side where they seriously drop the ball. I believe they have so much business, that caring about the customer and the customer satisfaction side of things in the service department is broken beyond repair, hence the reason I’ll not do business with them again.

BUYER BEWARE, ALL SALES FINAL, but they don't mention that until the receipt is printed. Also epicly slow on mower repairs, I mean like by the time you get it back mowing season is over.

I've know the company and the family which started it for many years. This is obviously a very successful business and it is because of the people. The quality and service provided by these folks is a result of genuine personal care and concern for their customers' needs over decades of operation. They are loved by their community because they have always been an integral and special part of it.
