I am writing to tell you how disappointed I am in my experience with Pebblehill. My designer ordered a bed for me on July 18, 2014 and was told it was to arrive in 6-8 weeks. It arrived yesterday almost 12 weeks later. In addition the slats for the bed were missing. When her assistant called to get them sent they offered to send them ground/truck instead of overnight. Considering the excessive wait they put me through that was very disappointing. In addition the bed arrived with a pull in the thread on the monogram. Throughout this wait I was advised by my designer several times you had said the bed had shipped or was shipping but those ship dates never transpired. Your quality, delivery and customer service all leaves much to be desired.
