Otto Hill Apartments

Just two words: water temperature. I've been living in these apartments for over a year, and while the amount we pay is awesome, you certainly get what you pay for. Every day since I've lived here (EVERY DAY) when I take a shower, no matter what time of day it is, the water randomly turns from normal to EXTREMELY BURNING OMG HOT in a matter of a second. And it stays like that for awhile. Have to literally move the shower head and stand in the back of my shower before I can continue washing up. This doesn't just happen once per shower. It happens SEVERAL times. Daily. Honestly it's enough to make me want to up what I pay monthly and move on even though living this close to campus is nice. The apartments are old, and the parking sucks because there is no guaranteed spot for tenants and everybody and there dog wants to park in parking lot even if they don't live there. Two washers and dryers per building, all of which are 75 cents per use. They are old and often there is one or more out of order, but they fix it rather fast. No AC either, which can be killer in the summer, but I've noticed that's pretty normal around this area and a hard amenity to find.
