In reference to the posts above...Both of you are exactly right! I wish I would have read these reviews before I moved in. This man refuses to fix anything, and he lied about the security deposit. He claimed there wouldnt be a security deposit, but now he is asking for one after he was forced to repair several things. He is a fraud, and this house is horrible!! NEVER rent from him! Oh, and he doesnt deserve ANY stars!!!
