Messy, both the customer service (management and team members) and the store. The manager denies the store is messy, but I beg to differ. Had a shopping experience there today with my mom who put a purse down that she didn't want. Ok, if you've worked retail we all know this is annoying, but the vast majority of us would NEVER go up to a customer and tell them that if they don't want something they can bring it up front, as bad as we've wanted to. Unless, we were being guided by management like Manny who knows his store is a MESS mess and is telling team members to do so, as if this will deter customers. No, it will only make them annoyed and come back in your establishment and do it again. I was in the aisle with the young lady before going over to where she approached my mother, and Lydia was throwing the merchandise up on the shelves angrily and annoyed. Ma'am, if you don't want to work what COMES with retail you need to find another gig. I told my mom to just leave it alone because she's just stupid if she didn't understand that was part of her job. When working retail or customer service, you deal with annoying things customers do FOR PAY. Anyhow, my mother asked to speak with the manager, Manny and instead of stopping what he was doing to listen to her concern, he continues moving back and forth paying her nonchalant attitude. Im just really curious to know if corporate tells them to tell this to customers or if this is a policy of this store. I've never been to a Burlington this messy. So, it just has to be this store. You can tell every customer that walks in your store not to put things where they don't go and this store will still be a damn pig sty because of the type of team members working and their attitudes and the management doing the same. The fish rots from the head.
