        Several years ago I ordered a new guitar from The Fret Store. The people were very courteous and knowledgable. My guitar was delivered as promised. Recently this guitar was stolen and I did not have the receipt for the sale but Mr. williams (owner) was very helpful in looking up the sales information and providing the serial number and model number that allowed me to file a complete police report. GOOD PEOPLE!!!
