Family owned and operated by Charlie and Pam Nathan The Blue Cow is Located in metro Denver's nearest far away place, the Historic Town of Morrison, the tiny diner with its expanded outdoor patio is just one mile west of C-470 on Morrison Rd. and sits alongside the busy Bear Creek trail that connects the canyon town to the nearby Rooney Valley. Breakfast and lunch are served year-round at the Blue Cow; dinner service is provided from Apr.-Oct., Thur.-Sat. Summer hours are 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Thur. - Sat., dinner service is from 5-9 p.m. They also have an ice cream stand, a bar, and a walk up window. "Everything from Malts to Margaritas". Cafe style breakfast, Full Espresso Bar, Daily specials, Beer Specials, Brunch till noon.
