Orpheum Cinema

Have been going here since I moved to Minooka in 2000. Great prices and up to date movies. Love going to last movies of the night. Have watched movies by myself. Love it!!!

Went to see The Conjuring 2 and the a/c was broken in that theater. Drove 15 miles to see it ,so went anyway. I asked for water and they were out of small bottles, sooo had to get big ones and was also going to be charged for a cup of ice. When I asked for the manager she replied " I am the manager and that's the way it is" . Never again!!!!!!!

Holy cow. I wish this wasn't the only theater in Morris. The staff here care nothing about customer service. There was a young lady cleaning a theater before our show, and was blatantly rude to us as we waited for her to finish. When she finished she came out and rolled her eyes as she said, "it's all yours. It's aaaaaaaaalll yoouuurs." Rude. Then stomped off. She gives the impression that she either hates her life of hates her job. Either way, what happened to customer service? $26 for two adults & a kid, I'd love to get a smile out of someone.

Aside from the melancholy staff, the seats are uncomfortable and I haven't sat in a theater that doesn't smell of mildew. It's 85 degrees outside, the A/C not working? Make the trip to the Joliet Mall theater.
