Horrific Job!! Patched the roof with the wrong color! Damaged Gutter and Cedar shakes are also messed up. Given the opportunity to fix it and totally ignored my request. Never gave any paperwork at all after numerous requests. SHODDY, HORRIBLE WORK. He was supposed to show up on Tuesday which I took the day off. NO CALL NO SHOW. He said there was too much ice so he texted me? Texted? No text came through and I had an emergency and could not be present on Weds. Since while checking out the situation he made a much, much larger hole in the roof it had to be done without me being here because Thursday would be heavy rain. When he came to collect the money in the rain I could not notice the color difference. Maybe it was because I was so focused on the 15 DENTS he put in my gutter right above the front door. The gutter company voided the lifetime warranty. He said the ice must have done it. He did another section of the house and I told him it was the wrong color! He swore up and down it was the same color and since it was a few months older than my new roof it would FADE to match.. FADE?? It is standard Brown where my roof is a red/orange brown. So I took the sample I gave him down to Lowes where I told him I bought it and they had an abundance of THE RIGHT COLOR in stock. He must have used some left over he had. I was told they would take out a 4 x 8 board and reshingle. They only took out a 4 x 4 section and I had enough left over from my original roof job in the shed for 4 x 4. Sent a certified letter advising two weeks ago to come fix this brown color mistake. NO response. I also never received any paperwork at all that I had requested twice. I put that in the certified letter and no response. Calling BBB, Consumer Affairs, Trenton and filing suit.

I Have recently hired DBL systems to renew my roof and i have never been more happy. they ripped my roof apart with in a day in a half ,2 days later i came home form work and it was done not only that but he is one of the niceest man i have ever talked to. they whereall cleand up and it was just perfect i highly sugest if you need a roof to call DBl systems. also they do work all over the tristate area .
