GSP Management's Northview Estates community manager harasses the residents who own the older trailers until they move the trailers out or abandon them to be demolished.

We pay our land lease on time and in full each month, keep our trailer and lawn in good repair and even mow our neighbors' lawns when they are ill or without a lawn mower.

We cleared the brush and trash dump that management allowed to overflow onto our property line. The old kitchen sinks, concrete blocks, broken patio furniture and other dump trash surrounds the perimeter of our lot. It's GSP-owned common area, but management refuses to clear it.

Yet management is always trying to say our lawn has debris on it or some very vague violation is put on a form letter and posted on our door, giving a us 10-day notice to vacate for some violation they can't even verify. When we ask for verification or report them to the main office, the management drops the subject for another 6 months or so, then starts harassing us again.

What happened to our contractual clause for quiet enjoyment?!

They raise our lot rent every year and give nothing back for it. They don't listen to complaints and don't enforce park rules. Local office manager says they never call her back when she calls with complaints. Supposedly, not allowed to contact them directly. They've been called slumlords by media.
