Daniel's Pharmacy

You are exactly right Justme1moretime you don't know what happened with my encounter with this pharmacy and either don't know how to read or spell because you spelled my name incorrectly. It's Raesabina but you were too busy criticizing MY opinion and experience which you probably do all of the time. If you had a good experience with this pharmacy good for you however I did not. Also saying that I am throwing a tantrum by writing exactly what happened is really lame. News flash writing a review is not a tantrum idiot. This is what writing reviews are for to voice your opinion and relate your experiences about a business so that perhaps the same mistakes won't happen again. I was patient with this pharmacy for weeks and was apologized to and told the problem was in the process of being fixed, then told by someone else that them sending the wrong information to the new pharmacy wasn't their problem and then I was hung up on. So save the over exaggerated praise for this pharmacy and criticism of my experience which you know nothing about. Good for you that they got your medication and information correct because they completely screwed mine up. No business is perfect, they all make mistakes. Stick to your own reviews and opinions and try to keep the criticism to yourself, especially when YOU WEREN'T THERE AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME OR WHAT HAPPENED. I have been with Daniel's Pharmacy for about 5 years. I was almost one of their 1st clients. I recommend them to everyone in town. I have NEVER had such fast service or friendly service from a Pharmacy ever in my life. In fact I found most all of the Big Name Pharmacy to be a absolute nightmare. There is nothing worst than going to a DR and waiting two hours to be seen and then you got to put up with the hassel of getting your script. I have waited over 24 hours for scripts to be filled even in an Emergancy.

George who is the owner of Daniels is so effectant. I get my meds with in 15 minutes or less everytime. In fact he helped my DR figure out which med would work best for my high blood pressure. It worked and now my pressure is under control and i advoided a potencially dangers condition. I owe my health to that man.

So raesabrina, I am not sure what happened in your situation with your script but If George had a hard time getting your meds maybe any pharamacy would had the same problem.

Trust me fellow Moreno Valleyions, George is the best by far. Dont let what this adult who is throwing a tantrum deture you from the best this town has to offer. I wish I had a Pharmacy like this in my corner all my life.........I plan on continue to use this Pharmacy as long as i live in the local area.

This pharmacy is very slow and incompetent. It took them two weeks to get my medication sent out to me. Then when I switched to a new pharmacy because I was tired of geting the run around, Daniel's sent the pharmacy wrong information saying that I didn't have any refills left. When I called Daniel's so that they could send the correct information, the owner told me that it was no longer his problem and was very rude to me. He treated me as if I was bothering him and for some reason didn't understand that his store screwed up. When I got tired of the back and fourth with him I asked him for his name. He then told me it was none of my business and hung up the phone in my face. I eventually had to have my new pharmacy call and get the correct information and my medication was ready within 5 minutes, when it took Daniel's over a week to get it taken care of. If I waited on Daniel's to get my medication I would probably still be waiting. I understand that they didn't care about me not having my medication. Some businesses don't care about their customers. I wasn't asking them to care, all I was asking was for them to do their jobs and none of the staff could do that. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. However if you don't care about waiting weeks to get your medication then give them a try. Otherwise choose a real pharmacy to do business with.
