Cesar is the best little secret in Moorpark. Here's why: - Attention to detail. He covers all door panels and interior hatch with plastic to prevent spills. He only uses purified water to spray on the film/windows to prevent imperfections. - He does the work himself for the past 15 years. - His price is very competitive. - Excellent customer service and great warranty on his product.
